Hello,
I've brought up a new Exchange2000 server with faster
hardware to suppport my clients. I've moved all mailboxes
and public folders successfully, but I'm having trouble
getting instant messaging to work (exchange contacts only
config). Is anyone aware of the steps I need to perform
to get IM working again so I can permanently decommission
the older Exchange server? One extra side-note, when I
installed IM on the first server, it automatically created
an "instant" web site in IIS, the new server didn't do
this for me when I installed Instant Messaging...I had to
manually creat it, then I moved clients instant messaging
home server to the new one, but as soon as I down the old
server, everyone goes offline and connect to the new one...
Thanks for the help!
