EX2K: Mark message as read for all users in a public folder?

How can i, when one user opens an reads a note or mail in a public folder
set the "status" of this note or mail to "read" for all users that access
that public folder?

E.g. i have a group mailbox in a PF and i donŽt want all users to have to
open the same mail that already have been read by someone else...

Not possible unless you turn off storing of per user read information in
your public folder store. This would mean that all PFs on that store would
have a global read/unread state.

Ok, so there is really a possibility?

we have all of our public folders used as common receiving mailboxes so when
one user in the folder has read the message, all other needs to be able to
se that it already had been read so they donŽt have to read it also.

How can i turn this of at a store level?
