this one's got me scratching my head...
when I create a new meeting request, and invite others
from my global addy list, their schedule only displays
until the 30th of june... after that, the person's
schedule displays "No information"
this happens for any user I invite for a meeting request.
I need to be able to see everyone's schedules after june
30th 2004...
Any ideas would be most appreciated.

open Outlook and have a look at

1. Calendar options
2. Free/busy options

What timeframe is set for the number of months to
be published on the server?

By default it is set to two months. The highest possible
value is 36 months. A reasonable setting would be
12 months, for example.
